The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation tweeted a link to a Philadelphia Planeto blog post from January about ongoing work on the city's Trails Master Plan. Though the blog post illuminates several goals for the future of the trail system, we're guessing that the DRWC is hinting at new waterfront trails: one of the frustrations that the Planeto team writes about is the incompleteness of the waterfront trail network.
Though the DRWC is already insanely busy, what with the Columbia Avenue Connector, the Washington Avenue Green, and the re-design of Penn's Landing, they're hinting that more plans are set for the riverfront. Here's the tweet:
