The proposed "treetop adventure course" (read: ropes, trees, tragic-looking safety gear,) has been stalled thanks to the tireless efforts of a group calling themselves APOW (Association for the Preservation of the Wissahickon.) Parks and Rec says they'll re-evaluate the course. [NewsWorks]
