A simple message has been cropping up throughout Philadelphia, on stop signs throughout the city: "STOP RAPE". The Streets Dept blog found out that the modified signs are part of a campaign by a group of guerilla feminist activists, Pussy Division. The campaign was also profiled at the PhillyNow blog a couple of months ago. Below the jump is a photo gallery of modified stop signs throughout the city.
