Broker babble explains this place as "perfectly preserved," and in some respects, they're right. The place is immaculately clean, well kept, and undisturbed: it's a well-maintained crypt of sixties design.
Explaining this house is a hard job, and broker babble isn't quite up to the task here. The staircase, apparently made of "Honduras mahogany" and explains that "You would? have to hijack a brinks truck to buy a new set these stairs today." What are brinks? Where would you hijack this truck full of them?
Regardless, the real showstopper here is the bizarre sixties vision of the mirrored future in bedroom form. The curtains, suspended from industrial support beams, float gauzily above a mattress on the floor, a period-authentic alarm clock, and what appears to be a clear plastic table in the left hand corner of the room.
Of course, no eerily preserved sixties showroom would be complete without ample wood paneling, and don't worry, because you won't find this house lacking. There are at least two rooms covered entirely in the stuff, accented by period air conditioning units.
What is there even to say about the kitchen? The prints are both black and white, so they match, right? Close enough.
