Broker babble describes this as a mini-mansion, and this certainly has mini-mansion amenities: there's a wet bar, a roof deck with a hot tub, and a 300 sq ft wine cellar in the basement. One suspects that its original purpose was far more utlitarian, as most homes do not come equipped with 300 sq ft designated specifically for fermented beverages, but either way, if you've got a huge wine collection, this is a great place to stash it.
The wine cellar isn't the only ridiculous amenity, though. The hot tub is not only located on the roof, but also offers an unparalleled view of the Philly skyline. On top of that, the house comes with its very own garage, a finished basement, and what broker babble is calling "luxury baths".
The price is also a bit lower than you'd expect, although this house is somewhat bland for the Art Museum (stained glass and "original character" nowhere to be found). That said, the hardwood floors, exposed brick, and gigantic bedrooms make this place pleasant, if not storied or particularly interesting.
