Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a dive into the options available for a certain price point in various neighborhoods. Is one person's studio another persons's townhouse? Let's find out! Today's price: $2750/month.

? This spacious 2500 sq ft townhome in Pennsport has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a gorgeous outdoor patio, complete with a trellis. The kitchen and bathrooms are pretty decked out as well. Rent is $2,800/month.

? Here's an offering from the Bros Post: yes, the infamous Goldtex building in Callowhill has an a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at this price point. It does look pretty nice: skyline views, a well designed kitchen, and a very organized closet do look appealing. Plus, it looks like Goldtex realized that the frat-boy ad copy was alienating some of their market. Rent is $2725/month.

? Here's a 2 bedroom, one bath apartment in Old City. Though the listing photos don't have the same sheen as the Goldtex photos (and there aren't any models either,) this place has a lot to recommend it: exposed brick, large windows, free gym access, and its very own dog run (it's pet friendly). Rent is $2700/month.

? Finally, check out this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Art Museum townhome. The finished basement, hardwood floors, and charming vestibule are pretty strong selling points, but the roof deck is probably the most exciting room in the house. Tons of built-ins and a nice, spacious kitchen also make this place worth the rent, which is $2,700/month.
