World Class?

"World class city" is the vague standard provided by the zeitgeist for authors of lofty opinion pieces that measure the changing fortunes of cities, and here's a little bit of internet ink that deals with Philly's fate. The conclusion is that SEPTA's ability to move spectators to a golf tournament proves that Philly could become (but is not yet) a "world class city." [PHL Business Journal]
