Seems like this is a classic case of the extra zero, but maybe not. Philly's most expensive property listed in the past week isn't a Chesnut Hill mansion, and it's not a luxe Rittenhouse condo. It's a three unit apartment building in Templetown.
However, even if it is a typo, $900K also seems a little high. Is this an aspirational asking price? A miscommunication between owner and broker? Brokerbabble is mysteriously brief, only mentioning hardwood floors and modern kitchens as justifications for the price. And a washer-dryer is nice, but not nine million dollars nice.
