Stripped Down or 'Rustic'? Spruce Hill Townhome Asks $372K

New, 4 comments

Whether you call these interiors charming or grungy, this is certainly a unique home. The spoke window, which broker babble refers to as "a conversation piece" looks a little creaky, but there are enough exposed beams for about five "reclaimed work spaces" or whatever the kids are calling them these days.

However charming the rusticity of these interiors might seem, bare-bones isn't merely the aesthetic. Take a look at the listing: under heat, it says, "Stove". Yes, that adorable vintage wood burning stove is also how you'll actually heat your home in the winter months (the listing also mentions natural gas, though, so it might be a joint effort).

House Vitals:
Size: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1800 sq ft
Amenities include: Enough exposed beams to populate ten "reclaimed" spaces, a patio and an elevated deck, 20 ft. ceilings, and a brightly painted exterior
Asking price: $372,000
