\A concerned citizen tweeted about parking in left turn lanes and in the center of Oregon Avenue. The PPA responded that such parking strategies were allowed by city ordinances "passed years ago", but as it turns out, there are just lawless parking zones in South Philly: "the city's policy is that no parking regulations exist on that part of Oregon, nor on the median of South Broad Street."
