The Parkway

The Wallstreet Journal took a look at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway this morning, and dubbed it "Philadelphia's Boulevard of Broken Dreams". What they really meant was "Philadelphia's area which could use a little more density," but that's not as exciting a title. [Wall Street Journal]
