Fishtown Row Offers Visions of NoLibs 10 Years Ago, Asks $289K

Perhaps the asking price is a little high for a Fishtown rowhome with only two bedrooms and less than 1,000 square feet. However, this small row comes equipped with a secret garden for a backyard, and enough twee quirks to satisfy anyone's adorable urban homestead fantasies.

This house does truly seem to have been a labor of love, and the brokerbabble mentions that a furniture maker did the "custom redesign". This house is incredibly custom looking, from the rustic wood steep out to the deck, to the vintage clawfoot tub.

This listing copy does include one unfortunate turn of phrase. Though the kitchen does indeed look aesthetically pleasing and very functional, it seems highly unlikely that the kitchen "balances function with ascetics", as the listing would have you believe.
House Vitals:
Size: Two bedrooms, one bath, 960 sq ft
Amenities include: A deck, a back garden, customized details, hardwood floors, exposed beams, a semi-finished basement, and exposed brick.
Asking price: $289,000
