Ever Wondered What Philly Would Look After the Apocalypse?

["The Day Wonderland Stood Still..." by Bruce Wayne Berry Jr."]

The thought of a post-apocalyptic Philadelphia might be terrifying, but this video proves that it might also be eerily beautiful. Photographer Bruce Wayne Berry Jr. said that this time lapse was inspired by the "Empty America" series of videos and Star Trek.

The trees are not red as a symptom of some kind of nuclear-waste induced mutation, but rather because the photographer shot with a yellow filter, to create the appearance of Kodak Infrared EID film. However he produced the red effect, it helps to make familiar Philly scenes look empty and strange.
