Quirky or Creepy? House Full of Taxidermy Asks $699K

New, 1 comment

Though most of the interior decor in this Old City home won't stay after the house sells, there are elements that will probably remain, such as the small hair studio on the first floor and the busy wallpaper all over the place. Thankfully, all four sets of antlers in the kitchen, and all other dead-animals-as-decor will probably leave with the current owners.

This house has a lot going for it: the ad mentions that the side yard included with the property has the potential to be built upon, which could add a garage or even a second home to this property.

The rooms in this house look a little cramped, but it's probably the overabundance of anthropologie-esque knick-knacks making the space feel limited. Though it is an older house, and therefore probably is a little narrow, it'll certainly feel roomier with less stuff in it.

House Vitals:
Size: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1,584 sq ft
Amenities Include: A small hair studio, tons of wall paper, watching movers take a parade of taxidermied animals out of the home on moving day, a side yard, a patio, a deck, and hardwood floors.
Asking Price: $699,000
