As the week progresses, so the casino suitability hearings. This is the last set of public hearings prior to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's decision about which development team will win Philly's second casino license. The city of Philadelphia has already made its preference clear: it'd like to see either Market 8 or The Provence win. The city's preference, however, is only one of many factors going into the licensing decision.
