Occupy Philly Revisted

Remember those two months when droves of people camped out at City Hall during the Occupy Philly movement? While some people joke that DIlworth Park's fountain scheme was built to prevent future protests, a lot has happened over those three years since the demonstration. Hell, Dilworth Park happened.
