With his time as Mayor coming to an end next January, Mayor Michael Nutter believes his biggest contribution to Philadelphia will be his dedication to urban planning. In his 7-year run, we've seen an overhaul of the planning, zoning and development processes as well as an emphasis on transforming the Schuylkill and Delaware Rivers into waterfront destinations.
