Temple University announced that a lounge for commuters will be built near the SEPTA Regional Rail station at Warnock and Berks St. The Temple News reports the station will cost roughly $350K to construct and will ultimately feature a privately owned cafe and a student-only lounge for commuters to get out of the elements and/or actually accomplish school stuff while they wait for the train.
