Pete From 'Pete and Pete' Stands in Solidarity with Little Pete's

And there you have it. Little Pete of the classic Nickleodeon show Pete and Pete pledged to make a pilgrimage of sorts to Little Pete's diner in some form of previously unspoken solidarity to save it from being torn down and converted into the Hudson Hotel. Wait, what?

Danny Tamberelli, the actor who played Little Pete, told Philebrity (via Twitter exchange) that he was heading down to the 24-hour diner Thursday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m, apparently ready to "chain" himself to a wrecking ball to save Little Pete's diner, even though, you know, this whole thing was just announced and is miles away from being torn down. Did he even bring Artie, The Strongest Man in the World along with him?
