If you're a Phillies fan, chances are probably pretty good that you want little to do with the handsomely-paid, and apparently almost untradable, Jonathan Papelbon. That is until you see his, ah-hem, unit at 1706 Rittenhouse that just hit the market for a Papelbonian $6.9M, according to Property. We're not math people, but that makes out to a hefty $1,656 per square-foot. Is it worth it? The full-floor condo offers 4-beds, 3.5 baths and 4,166 square-feet of space. The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gorgeous coffered ceiling and a gas fireplace.

While Paps is used to taking the long stroll in from the bullpen at Citizen's Bank Park, he didn't have to strain himself while at home. Not only does this pad come with a private elevator, it also has automated parking activated by the swipe of a key fob. 1706 Rittenhouse also features a swimming pool, fitness room, a suana and more. HOA fees are $3,724 per month.
