This just over two-year-old property at 449 North 13th Street
in Eraserhood (Loft District) is an exhibitionist's dream. It boasts three Juliet balconies, one bedroom and one and a half baths, and 16-foot high ceilings in the living room — a living room that is fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows. The den can apparently be used as a bedroom for out-of-town guests (who would have to share the space with your laundry), but you could easily distract them from the contents of your lint filter with the condo's heated floors, custom steel designed stairs, and close proximity to Prohibition Taproom and the upcoming Reading Viaduct elevated park. Condo fee is $130 per month and includes parking for one car and a seemingly inaccessible floating closet in the living room. Does anyone else see that? Perhaps brush up on your "Wingardium Leviosa," maybe.
