Buy This Rowhome With An Indoor Pavilion For $1.2M

New, 2 comments

This week's home with a useless amenity is a lovely rowhome in Fitler Square possessed of three bedrooms, a contemporary fireplace, and an indoor pavilion. Though some of the interior shapes are a little inexplicable, there's also a garage (with a cheery blue door).

This house also features a very large window, and a kitchen made almost entirely from stainless steel (okay, not really, but the steel counter tops are an extravagant touch). The listing copy, which is oddly succinct, mentions an unpictured garden which the kitchen overlooks. The faint outline of a courtyard in the photos suggest that said garden is real, but small. Listing copy neglects to mention the two skylights and the extensive built-in shelves.
House Vitals:
Size: Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, 2,363 sq ft
Amenities Include: A fireplace, a huge wall of windows, an indoor pavilion, a garage, stainless steel appliances, and stainless steel countertops.
Asking Price: $1,195,000
· 2222 Locust Street [Trulia]
