Here's Yet Another Hipster Home in Fitler Square

New, 1 comment

Last week, Gawker named NoLibs the Williamsburg of Philadelphia: while there's certainly cause to make that claim, this home brings Fitler Square a small piece of Williamsburg all on its own. Bright colors, vintage furniture, distressed brick, and more make this place a hipster paradise.

This house is tiny, but it doesn't seem that way, probably because of the high ceilings on the second floor, and because the kitchen is well laid out to save space. There's a gas fireplace, a tree branch chandelier, a chalk board wall, and an opened up staircase as well.

House Vitals:
Size: 700 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
Amenities include: A gas fireplace, a small breezeway, hardwood floors, exposed beams, a library, a stained glass door, and ceiling fans.
Asking Price: $450,000
· 2525 Waverly Street [Trulia]
