Trinity Full of Ingenious Space Saving Measures Asks $430K

This trinity home on Panama street is, like all trinity homes, tiny. However, it's been designed with enough space saving features that the illusion of spaciousness is sometimes sustained. There's only so much one can do with a home built in 1825: this house feels updated and restored, but still true to its historic character.

A note to all trinity home restorers: floating spiral staircases are a great way to open up a room, and they can also be quite stylish. The decision to make the fridge flush against the cabinets is also a great way to save space. The built-in shelves are very helpful. The tiny corner sink, however? Maybe not.
House Vitals:
Size: Two bedrooms, one and a half baths, 750 sq ft
Amenities: The tiniest sink known to man, a balcony, a patio, exposed brick, a floating spiral staircase, two fireplaces, and built-in shelves galore.
Asking price: $429,900
