Sure, it's a nice place with trendy elements like raw concrete, and the amenities are upscale. The kitchen isn't huge, but it big enough, and the views of the Ben Franklin Bridge are very nice. On the other hand, this place only has two bedrooms, and doesn't really seem to have the wow factor that other luxury condos offer.
Of course, the condo does come with deeded parking, which is a huge draw. This is also a case of listing photos that don't really showcase the place: there are two balconies attached to this apartment, but neither of them is pictured.
