Where do accidents involving pedestrians happen most often in Philly? There's now an interactive, mapped answer for that question.

According to data collected between 2008 and 2012 by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the stretch of Chestnut Street between 10th and 18th was the site of 46 car crashes involving pedestrians.

8,690 car crashes involving pedestrians happened between 2008 and 2012, causing 158 deaths and 376 major injuries.
