Karen Dougherty Buchholz, Senior VP with Comcast, provides a deeper look into the amount of work that goes into planning the Comcast Innovation and Technology Center, Philadelphia's soon-to-be-skyline-redefining skyscraper. The kicker: There won't be any work above the street level for about a year. However, crews will break ground on the 30 foot hole for the tower's foundation 'within the month,' according to Buchholz.
