Be it on a rooftop pool deck, a secluded garden or on an incredible balcony, this list will definitely get you excited for apartment hunting! Where: The Pennthouses at Penn Treaty Village, Northern Liberties
What's Outside: The shared roof deck is absolutely insane. Yeah, it's not real grass, but look past that at the view, the cabanas and grill space. There is also a pool in the lower levels of the complex.

Where: Waterfront Square, Northern Liberties/Delaware River Waterfront
What's Outside: The shared spaces at Waterfront Square a brilliant. There's a grassy mid-rise roof area for lounging and features a putting surface. The dog run is a nice feature but the kicker is the pool and deck area. It's right on the water and offers tremendous views of the Delaware River.
