The Inquirer takes a look at the success (and many hats) of developer Alon Barzilay, who is currently renovating a church in Gray's Ferry into 38 units called Sanctuary Lofts. The rental-conversion market has been key for Barzilay, who also gets a kick out of saving buildings from the wrecking ball while creating unique urban experiences.
