In yet another top five list you may not put a whole lot of stock into, Philadelphia was rated as the number one city to retire in without a car. Citing that about 95% of the city is reachable without the need of a car (damn you Greater Northeast!), the list is high on our transit system, especially given the fact that PA Lottery pays for seniors to ride for free.
