It's that stink! We all know there are few things worse than the smell of rotting piles of trash on a hot summer day. Residents of Liberties Walk in Northern Liberties know it all too well as their complex has been overrun by overflowing dumpsters housed in plain sight. Neighbors and residents blame Westminster Management, who runs the property. Westminster, in turn, blames hired sanitation firm Republic Services and illegal dumping. Neighbors are simply hoping for a speedy solution before yet another heat wave hits the area. [Daily News]
