A rare map depicting the location of each submarine lost in World War II was discovered in the garage of deceased Navy veteran Rear Admiral Henry Draper Sipple in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The map is 7' x 15' and will be recovered, restored and transported to a museum. It was found thanks to some home renovation work according to historian Dr. Gary Wray, "The homeowners were about to redo the garage, they saw the map, and thought it might be important." [NBC 10]
