Let There Be Light: Divine Lorraine Hotel's Daytime Rendering

Last time we really checked in with The Divine Lorraine Hotel project, it was to debut the dark, sexy new rendering from WRT. It featured a glistening facade, illuminated balconies, an unknown glass structure in the background and that glorious sign. Now it seems that there is a new, daytime vision for the hotel. It's basically the same, right down to the same sharp dressed man crossing a car free North Broad Street. Still, any new rendering for The Divine Lorraine Hotel is a-okay with us! If you remember from KYW's video tour, Eric Blumenfeld let it be known that the finished product will include two restaurants and a grand lobby/reception area. Check out the newbie after the jump!
Tah-dahhhhhhhh!

Compare that to what it looked like back in June to get a better sense of where this project is going.

And here's a fun teaser of the neon sign being lit up. As you can see in the picture, it's missing an "L" at the end of "Hotel."

We don't really care that these renderings are essentially the same. We're just glad to see an actual progress on this project. These teasers are too damn fun.
