Moving To Philly?

Here's a nifty report from a source you might not expect — United Van Lines says that Philly saw a 26% rise in people moving in rather than leaving the city. UVL says 40% of domestic moves occur from May 1st to August 31st and found that Chicago, Atlanta and Washingon D.C. were more transient cities compared to Philly.
