On Wednesday, the Radnor Property Group topped off 3737 Chestnut, the 287,000 square-foot residential tower a block away from UPenn - and Curbed Philly was there to document the momentous occasion for all you fine folks. In this first installment of our new "Hard Hat Tour" series, we grabbed some hard hats and construction-friendly footwear and got ourselves hoisted to the top, so that you, too, could gawk at the view from 25 stories up. The move-in date for the first residents of the 276-unit building, which will include one and two-bedroom apartments (rents start at $1,740), a library lounge, a fitness center, and a landscaped rooftop, is expected to be August 1, 2015. But you guys were here first.
