The building that houses the Spruce Food Market space and 175-vehicle garage on 15th street has been sold, for apparently a little over $7M. "An affiliate of Post Bros. purchased the building from CLL Towne Inc. and will be used to supplement the adaptive reuse project at 260 S. Broad St. which will see the Atlantic Building transformed into a high-end residential building by Rafael Viñoly Architects." [Philly Mag]
