After slashing the price by $13,000 last September to "get more activity on the property," the current owners of the 4-bed, 3.5-bath bloated abode that was featured on "Extreme Home Makeover" then took the residence off the market. Only to list it again yesterday at $449,000. Everything else about the property remains the same: the two-story fireplace, the Chef's kitchen, the Tiki Bar out back next to the in-ground pool, and the intransigent game of cat-and-mouse.
