New, 1 comment

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a dive into the options available for a certain price point in various neighborhoods. Is one person's loft another persons's townhouse? Let's find out! Today's price: $1,300/month.

West Philly (2 beds, 1 bath)—This adorable 780-square-foot abode is located in West Wood Apartments in the middle of University City. Inside, there are 12-foot ceilings, lots of light, spacious closets, and hardwood and tiled floors. Laundry is in the building and there's street parking available.

Fairmount (2 beds, 1 bath)—This apartment is on the third floor of a walkup and recently had its floors and counter tops redone. While it technically has two bedrooms, the listing points out that one bedroom is significantly bigger than the other. Cats allowed!

Queen Village (1 bed, 1 bath)—You know what Trinity means: Tiny. But charming! This 780-square-foot house has four floors, exposed brick, exposed beams in the kitchen and bedroom, and three (non-functioning) fireplaces.

Manayunk (1 bed, 1 bath)—This first-floor condo is part of Falcon Condominiums and features bamboo flooring, high ceilings, and recessed lighting. More condo perks: Garage parking, a private patio, and a washer and dryer in the unit.
