Lavish Rittenhouse Square Home Back on Market for $7.5M

New, 2 comments

Too much wallpaper, maybe? Although it sold for $4,950,000 in April, the opulent townhouse at 1910 Rittenhouse Square is back on the market, Allan Domb Real Estate confirmed to Curbed Philly. The home was built in 1750 and was once featured on PlumTV as "Philadelphia's Most Extravagant Townhouse," which, let's be real, is a pretty accurate description of the 4-bedroom, 3-full, 3-half bath home. It's one of only four townhouses on Rittenhouse Square and boasts a wealth of swanky details: The dining room ceiling features a mural painted by a "well-known European church painter"; the lower level of the house has a two-car tandem garage; an atrium over the central staircase runs the height of the home and is topped with a custom Charles Ross sculpture; and the master bedroom has a curved wall with three porthole windows. The asking price of this ritzy Rittenhouse home is $7.5 million. · 1910 Rittenhouse Square [Allan Domb Real Estate]
