Heads up, drivers: One-way Spruce and Callowhill streets near Columbus Boulevard will turn into two-ways on November 23, the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) says. The change will now allow northbound drivers to turn toward Center City on either street, easing traffic congestion along the one-mile stretch of the waterfront. The Spruce Street two-way will be between 38th Parallel Place and Columbus Boulevard. Callowhill's two-way will be between Columbus Boulevard and Second Street. The $1.3 million project is funded by the DRWC.
