After undergoing a number of serious price chops, including a $1.65 million cut last August, the massive Bella Vista home of Philly business mogul Dana Spain is officially off the market. Spain, who currently runs DLG Communications and McSpain Properties, once called the 10,000-square-foot property her "dream home" where she lived for seven years. In 2014, the house hit the market for $4,250,000 when Spain said it was "time to downsize" from the 3-bedroom, 4-bath Mediterranean villa. According to Redfin, the property sold on November 13 for $1,950,000. However, Property reports that realtor Kristin Foote would not divulge the official selling price nor the buyer. Whoever the owner is, he or she just nabbed a 4-car parking garage, an 8-person in-ground jacuzzi, a gym, a huge walk-in closet, and a wine cellar.
