Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a dive into the options available for a certain price point in various neighborhoods. Is one person's loft another persons's townhouse? Let's find out! Today's price: $3,000/month.

Loft District (2 beds, 2 baths)—Situated in the Goldtex Apartments, this 1,100-square-foot apartment has hardwood flooring throughout and 10-foot windows, plus access to amenities like an on-site dog run, a pool, and gym.

Queen Village (3 beds, 2.5 baths)—Located on a tree-lined street, this four-story home can be rented fully furnished. The property also has a finished basement and a roof deck.

Temple (6 beds, 2.5 baths)—Space won't be an issue in this North Philly rental home. The rental features a new modern kitchen, a dining area, breakfast bar, new hardwood floors, and built-in bookcases in some of the bedrooms.

Northern Liberties (3 beds, 2.5 baths)—This 1,608-square-foot abode was built in 1920 and features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a finished basement. The two bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom; the master is on the third level. Not pictured: A backyard patio.

Rittenhouse Square (2 beds, 1 bath)—This one's all about location, but the apartment itself isn't too shabby either. At 988 square feet, it features a fireplace in the living area, a breakfast nook, an outside deck, and a washer and dryer.
