This week's Pricespotter asks you to guesstimate the asking price of this 4-bed, 2-bath corner home in Northern Liberties. And consider the fact that unlike most properties in this neighborhood, it's not a new construction. The 3-plus story home was built in 1920 and has kept much of its original details in tact, including the original tiled floors, stained glass windows, and Lincrusta wall coverings on the halls and stairways.
