PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!
We'd like to think this corner Victorian would be fit for a modern-day Rapunzel. Yet how much would she pay to live in that two-story turret? That's where you come in! This week's Pricespotter asks you to guesstimate the asking price of this 4-bed, 2-bath corner home in Northern Liberties. And consider the fact that unlike most properties in this neighborhood, it's not a new construction. The 3-plus story home was built in 1920 and has kept much of its original details in tact, including the original tiled floors, stained glass windows, and Lincrusta wall coverings on the halls and stairways.
Also, there's a pocket door leading to the sitting room, built-in shelves in the den, and a renovated bathroom. As for outdoor space, there's a fenced-in brick patio and a roof that needs some TLC. Think you know the asking price? Take a guess in the comments!
