This week's Pricespotter proved to be a tough one! We asked you to guess the asking price of a corner Victorian home in Northern Liberties that has its very own two-story turret and a host of other original architectural details. Guesses ranged as high as $2 million to as low as "somewhere in the $500s," with many of you citing the lack of parking the reason for your low-ball estimates. But the actual asking price of this 4-bed, 2-bath home is $650,000, so congrats to the commenter who guessed $679,900! In addition to its crown molding and Lincrusta walls, the kitchen features heated terra cotta floors and French doors that lead to the back patio. Two of the bedrooms features original built-in mirrored armoires. Thanks for playing along and stay tuned for next week's Pricespotter!
