The $14,001 price difference may have had something to do with it, but the Northern Liberties Cigar Factory loft is the winner of this week's Real Estate Deathmatch. We pitted two condo lofts with similar interiors against one another—same street, different neighborhoods. But in the end, the working fireplace in the Old City condo just wasn't enough. Curbed readers ultimately favored the NoLibs loft over Old City's—after all, the former does come with a parking spot and direct elevator access to the unit. In fact, as of this morning the NoLibs condo is now pending. Thanks for voting! Now let's have another look at the winning loft.
