3-Bedroom 'Queen of Queen Village' Asks $700K

The London Lightwell House, built in 1829, is now on the market for a few bucks shy of $700,000, around 50 grand less than the last time we saw this quaint Federal abode. According to the listing, "the current owner has taken this home from the 1800's to 2014," but that more than slightly dangerous-looking four-poster bed hints strongly at several anachronisms we will overlook because once you get to be almost 200 years old, people should forgive you for silly things like that. The three-bedroom, two and a half-bath residence boasts a working fireplace, an actual garden outside, exposed original beams, and quite the regal staircase.
