You've all probably heard by now that Starbucks is now encouraging their baristas to serve up lattes and frapps with a side of discourse on the lightning-rod topic of race relations. One journalist for Fast Company was brave enough to try and take a few poor baristas up on the convo, and eventually concludes that the concept is just as dumb as everyone thought it would be.
