Fishtown is Apparently Philly's Most Interesting 'Hood

New, 1 comment

Cory J. Popp, Philadelphia's de facto videographer who has brought us dazzling visuals of Philadelphia from all angles and seasons: from inside a church to a winter wonderland, claims to have found Philadelphia's most interesting neighborhood: Fishtown. "When I was considering how to best represent the neighborhood," says Popp, "I knew balancing the new vs the old would be really tough, and potentially controversial. There's a lot of millennials in Fishtown, tons of new businesses going up, new murals & street art, its unavoidably a huge part of the neighborhood, but a significant part of the neighborhood is just as it was before all the redevelopment."
