Earth Day every day, people. In celebration of their latest project, Duplexcellence II, Postgreen Homes is hosting a 'not so traditional' open house on May 7th that will showcase the project's two-bedroom starter units (awesome alert: the facades feature rusted steel and reclaimed barn-wood), and serve up some local fare along with free bike tune-ups for guests.
Post Green Homes, national leaders in green, urban housing recently brought us the corkified POP! homes in Kensington , both of which were snatched up in a jiffy.
The new Duplexcellence II project is located in the land across the street from the first Duplexcellence project in South Kensington, with Manifest AD and Mr. Jeb Brookman at the design helm. The new duplexes will yield 4 total units, and give residents the choice of a roof deck or a garden.
Open House Deets:
Thursday, May 7th, 2015
5:30pm-8pm
1308 N Hope Street
In addition to booze, food, and bike tune-ups, several local artists will also be in attendance to air their wares. From the press release:
