With concerns about train safety in Philadelphia at almost an all-time high following several derailments in the last few years, and two high-profile oil train explosions in the U.S. and Canada, CSX and Councilman Kenyatta Johnson announced a multiyear project to restore the condition and appearance of the 25th Street Viaduct.
